Can I have free shipping fees?
Free shipping fees are applicable automatically on orders above 999 LE.
What is the Solo Shipping Policy?
Through Solo, you can purchase original products.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and in some cases, orders cannot be processed.
Solo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any given reason. When making an order on Solo, you will receive an email with your order details confirming that we have received your order.
All pricing information on the website was correct at the time of going online. Solo reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.
Prices may change at any time. However, except as stipulated above, the changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an order confirmation.
Solo attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products. However, we do not warrant that such a description is totally accurate, complete, reliable, and error-free. If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return it to us according to the relevant provisions of our return policy.
Your order might take longer to be delivered on specific occasions (e.g., Mother's Day, Eid, Christmas, etc.) or in periods of high demand (periods of sales/campaigns/Solo Anniversary). Kindly bear with us while we prepare your order for shipment.
Please Note: The cut-off time for placing an order is 12:00 pm, meaning that the delivery for orders placed after 12:00 pm is shifted by one working day.
Can I open my package and return it on the spot?
It is not possible to open your package and give it back to the courier. If you face a problem, please follow our return policy.
How do I estimate the delivery date?
The estimated delivery date starts once we fulfill the order, and at that time, an update email from our side will be sent to you.
The number of days to deliver the order may vary according to the delivery location and your city.
For standard delivery orders, the order will be delivered anywhere between 3 and 5 working days.
Our customers are kindly requested to provide a clear and detailed address and be reachable during the estimated delivery time of orders specified in our policy to guarantee a flawless shipping process.
Please note that during official holidays, Black Friday, and the anniversary, the delivery time might be delayed.
Can I postpone delivery?
We cannot postpone your order; you can cancel it and reorder again once you are able to receive it. Our shipping partners will try to deliver your order three times; if they cannot reach you, your order will be canceled.
Can I change my order?
We cannot edit the order; you can cancel it and reorder the correct one.

What if I ordered one item only and it turned out to be defective or not available?
Your order will be cancelled, and you will be notified of that.
Can Solo cancel my order without notifying me?
Solo has the right to cancel orders for any reason; you will be notified via email in the event of an order cancellation. Please make sure that you have registered the correct email address in order to receive notifications and updates on your orders.
What if my address is not clear or my mobile number is wrong?
If we fail to reach you for any of the previously mentioned reasons, we regret to inform you that your order will be automatically cancelled, and you will be notified of that.
